The Marketing and Communications – UX Design - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Provide insight into design principles and creative methods to solve complex enterprise problems and achieve business objectives.
Lead the discovery, synthesis, ideation, design, and testing of new experiences, products, and tools.
Uncover user needs utilizing design research (e.g., user interviews, contextual inquiry, ethnography, etc.) to develop user-driven insights and inform new design concepts.
Work cross-functionally (i.e., with product management, researchers, developers, and design teams) to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
Ensure the needs of the user, customer, or other actor are included in the product vision, strategy, and roadmap planning.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Experiences

4-6 years in a UX Design role

Desired Experiences

Bachelor degree or equivalent

Skills

Skilled in creating visual concepts and designs (wireframes, high-res prototypes, user flows, etc.)
Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, etc.
Experience gathering information to recommend solutions and develop concepts
Skilled at Information Retrieval including fact gathering, synthesizing research, focus groups and interviews, etc.
Product Testing including testing and evaluating software, usability testing, UAT, and using relevant product testing technology
Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
Managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, etc.
Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion

Tools

Skilled in design tools including Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
Skilled in using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Acrobat DC
Experience using collaboration tools like Mural, Miro, etc.
Experience using SharePoint

The company serves mortgage banking companies, savings and loan associations, savings banks, commercial banks, credit unions, community banks, specialty servicers, insurance companies, and state and local housing finance agencies.
