Job Description

This role is responsible for contributing to the strategic platform transformation of FICO and ensuring that there is amazing technical marketing content in place that showcases how FICO Platform, and its key capabilities can radically improve the lives of our clients.

We’re looking for a highly intelligent and motivated individual to assist us on this strategic and mission-critical effort. There will be a lot to get up to speed on and a compressed timeline to show results. You must have a desire to strive in an environment of constant learning and have the intellectual honestly and confidence to understand the difference between when you “know” and when you “think you know” something, and an intuition on how to make complex things simple without losing the essence that makes it all work.

Core Responsibilities:

Create new sales and marketing content that incorporates marketing insights and sales feedback to describes the challenges our customer buying teams have, and how FICO Platform can create massive benefits for them.
Ensures that new content is fully “activated” to maximize its impact. This requires excellent communication, ability to provide informal or formal training, evangelization, and diligent follow-up with internal teams of stakeholders to ensure the organization is aware of and actively consumes these new materials we create.
Serve as an essential go-to team member on the FICO Platform marketing team. We’re working on high visibility mission critical content and tools and need someone who can roll up their sleeves and execute with a sense of urgency.
Writing! Logophiles wanted. Much of what we do requires some intellectual horsepower and the patience and persistence needed to understand complex topics, build a working knowledge of it, and then write about it in a way that is easily understood by a larger audience and communicates why the reader should care.
