JOB SUMMARY
The HR Coordinator is responsible for the data processing function for the Human Resources Dept. including entering, maintaining, auditing, and processing sensitive HRIS data.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Comply with company Safety Policies and Procedures
Input confidential employee data into the employee database (ADP) including new hires, terms, rehires, pay changes, status changes, etc.
Manage and audit the data feed coming from the ADP RM system
Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure successful transfer of data; trouble shoot and resolve file feed issues received from RM
Maintain employee Human Resource records
Work closely with payroll to ensure employees are paid appropriately
Work with HR Managers to manage the data to align with company policies and procedures
Performs HRIS audits and participates in HR internal audits
Produce reports as requested
Assist during Open Enrollment for Benefits
Respond to correspondence directed to the HR department and disburse as necessary including requests from outside services such as unemployment claims
Assist in carrying out various company-wide Human Resources programs and procedures
Other job duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1 to 4 years of human resources
Prior experience with an HRIS database
Experience with ADP (preferred)
Proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure with deadlines
Ability to work well within a team environment
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to be discreet and always maintain confidentiality
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
The employee should have the following:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 – 2 years’ experience in a relevant field
