Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Information Technology (IT) Analyst for Business Readiness located in Auburn, Michigan! The role will align to Dow's Design Your Day approach and allows employees flexibility by choosing when to work remotely and when to attend on-site activities based on project work and role needs. The selected candidate will be expected to live in a commutable distance from Auburn, MI.

About You

As the Senior IT Analyst, you will design, develop, and support solutions and processes to meet business needs and requirements. You will also apply expanded conceptual knowledge in Information Systems as well as knowledge of the company, key business drivers, and processes in order to develop solutions.

Also, you can complete each of the following tasks:

Lead and execute Change Management, communication and training plans during project implementations

Work closely with Dow businesses, project teams and other stakeholders to understand and deliver against requirements throughout project

Communicate status, metrics, risks, and issues on a timely basis

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years of relevant experience or relevant military experience at a U.S. E6 rank or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher

A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process

Preferred Qualifications:

A degree discipline in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar field is preferred

3 years of relevant, technology related experience

Experience in project management and meeting project deliverables and deadlines

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Communicates effectively both within the team and with external stakeholders (e.g. businesses and technical counterparts)

Ability to take technical concepts/terms and interpret the story for business leaders to understand

Exposure to Change Management Methodology

Initiative

Knowledge of applications and tools to create animated videos that are engaging and easy to understand

Training experience

SharePoint knowledge
