Description: The Lockheed Martin Travel Audit and Compliance team within People Financial Services is seeking a team member to support US and International Audit and Compliance requirements. The role is a team lead position responsible for the oversight and completion of travel expense audits, taxing, cognos reporting and special projects.
In this role you will:
- Work with Travel Point of Contacts based in US and non-US locations
- Be the team liaison to the Corporate Travel Management Group and Commercial Card & Travel Service team
- Review, approve and complete the Travel Cash & Card Account reconciliations
- Coach team and provide frequent feedback
- Support team in completing travel audits and tax filings
- Support travel external audits (DCAA, Corporate Internal Audit)
- Lead special projects as requested
* The team lead should strive to become a subject matter expert on LM Policy application, Concur configuration, Cognos report creation
* The team lead is expected to demonstrate effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement to ensure productive and timely results
* The team lead is expected to be able to work independently on various projects assigned while demonstrating expertise in managing and prioritizing the deadlines
* The team lead is expected to present team projects and updates to stakeholders at all levels
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of Travel Audit experience
• Strong Analytical Mindset
• Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop others
• Expense Report Audit and Travel Taxing
• Demonstrated ability to delegate and managing team tasks
• Demonstrated experience with complex Travel transactions
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal
and written)
• Experience demonstrating ability to be accountable and professional

• Proficient with Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups)
• Analytics knowledge
