Description

Manage the specific Safety Solutions Product Group business for all Worldwide markets. This position is accountable for the product group strategy, product portfolio management and development, financial results, market share (share of market OPACC - Operating Profit After Capital Charge - and enablement of machine and parts sales), velocity and quality of the product line. Key job purpose is working with go to market and marketing teams to connect customer’s unmet needs with current and future solutions (product, services, after-market).

Job Duties

Travel with the Sales Reps to discover customer problems that are not being addressed and that solutions need to be created for. Work with go to market teams to ensure critical information is at point of sale for current solutions. Work with Regional and Commercial teams to manage the sales funnel for the product line. Develop OIAs (OPACC improvement agendas) to Maximize enablement of machine and parts sales and OPACC in Region with specific problems to solve for customers.

Basic Qualifications

Requires college or university degree and 10-15 years of progressive experience in the engineering/sales/marketing/product support disciplines.

Requires thorough knowledge of company products or similar products and product applications

Proven success in product management, product development, and/or commercialization

Requires experience in dealer go to market

Requires 3 years of leadership experience

Experience managing in a Matrix organization

The location for this position is East Peoria, IL or Tucson, AZ
