The Senior Accountant will support the cost accounting function within the Phoenix RFC (Regional Finance Center) organization.  This role will be responsible for driving consistency in accounting processes and controls and plays a key role in enhancing the global Project Accounting (PA) model providing accounting stewardship and support to all sites 

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare month end cost accounting, including account reconciliations and various analysis reporting entries for multiple repair sites in the Aerospace business.
Perform inventory fluctuation and E&O analysis
Support the annual Balance Sheet Review Process (BSR), SOX, and Audit (External and Internal) requirements
Work cross functionally to drive process improvements
Work closely with other team members in standardization of monthly processes, providing guidance, support and direction as needed for completing activities.

You Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business 
Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience from public accounting
