Your role

Have you delivered strategic large-scale initiatives in global, multi-faceted organizations? Are you able to effectively risk manage the delivery of complex projects that involve the front to back value chain with many different stakeholders? Do you have what it takes to show leadership and create trusted partner relationships at all levels of complicated programs?

We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to be responsible for:

• guiding end-to-end transformation programs across multiple product lines
• managing delivery outcomes through rigorous risk management and leadership with an effective understanding of appropriate detail
• developing and maintaining relationships with delivery partners including leaders in the Business, Technology, Compliance, Operations, and control functions
• demonstrating governance by ensuring that:
o workstreams and initiatives are tracked and actively managed
o OKRs / KPIs are agreed, measured and tracked
o deliverables are properly prioritized and sequenced
o risks are addressed and status measured
o deliveries are successful
• managing across regional boundaries and understanding / managing cultural differences
• defining target operating models and ensure business and technology solutions are aligned to key design principles including appropriate control frameworks
• managing the operational readiness of the wider organization prior to go-live and effectively hand-over solutions to the Run the Bank organization
• taking an active role in further developing AM’s change practice in conjunction with colleagues and in particular within the US region
• understanding the strategic and non-strategic aspects and the general nature of change and the impact of change on the Asset Management Division, the UBS Group and its ecosystem

You will be working in the Transformation and Change team which forms part of UBS Asset Management’s COO function. The team comprises a range of change professionals responsible for delivering strategic business projects, business transformation projects and regulatory change.

Your expertise

<write down="" the="" desired="" candidate's="" experience="" style="box-sizing: border-box; border-width: 1px; direction: ltr !important;">• 10 years of experience in program management leading strategic or large and complex transformational change, with experience in Asset Management
• extensive experience managing delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines, priorities, and complexities.
• track record of managing and driving regulatory change in the context of asset management
• excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to succinctly convey information to senior management and other stakeholders
• demonstrable evidence of strategic and lateral thinking
• experienced at leading cross-functional teams with an innovative and collaborate mindset
• experienced at operating effectively across locations
• good academic background, optimally in Finance, Economics or similar field
