POSITION SUMMARY:

This position supports all aspects of Treasury Operations. It includes providing customer service to both internal
and external groups and working with all banking partners, for each segment of the company. This position
reports directly to the Senior Manager, Treasury.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer service for Treasury from both internal and external groups
• Work with various banks to obtain regularly requested information
• Process wire and ACH payments for the organization
• Review bank exception items daily and report unusual or fraudulent items
• Monitor electronic payment file processing
• Support streamlining Treasury processes and procedures across the organization
• Send check positive pay files to bank
• Administer bank system maintenance and setup
• Communicate by phone and e-mail on Treasury processes
• Assist in various Treasury projects and analysis
• Organize and prioritize information and calls
• Create documents using Microsoft Office applications
• Special projects as needed
• Regular and reliable attendance required

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. No experience required. Treasury or banking
experience a plus.
