Job Description

Lead evaluation, development, & execution of digital decoration business workflow & operating model working in the Innovation team, Global Beverage

What will you be responsible for?

Work with cross functional Ball team to map out the operating model required to effectively service key target markets using digital decoration.
Map out required business workflow for digital decoration from beginning to end such as:
New customer setup, credit, & payment processing & requirements
Customer order receipt, processing, tracking, & communications
Liquid compatibility & warranty strategy
Job order management, queueing, & prioritization
Graphic receipt & processing/RIP, standards, customer acceptance – software requirements & selection
Graphic quality, T&C’s
Logistics – shipping & handling of less than truckload quantities
Find ways to normalize accelerated digital workflow into existing processes & functions where possible & develop highly automated methods to manage functions that cannot be normalized into existing functions

What are we looking for?

Broad training in a related field usually acquired college degree level education or work-related experience
Job related experience for 5-8 year(s) minimum
Broad training in a related professional field usually acquired through college level education with 4+ years of related experience preferably in engineering, business, and/or finance
Strong computer & sophisticated data analysis skills – MS Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
Excellent skills in building interpersonal relationships, team building and teamwork within and outside of Ball
Ability to apply intensive and diversified project evaluation and management techniques in order to effectively work with a wide variety of groups, audiences, and technologies

Able to work independently, identify problems and develop solutions
4+ years of Project Management experience including: scheduling, budgeting, coordinating resources from other departments, suppliers and customers
Experience with / understanding of metal packaging materials and processes with experience with other materials such as coatings and polymers a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Hiring Salary Range: $78,400 - 117,415 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
Other Compensation:   This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
