GTS is looking to hire a Part Time Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team; he/she will work alongside our Senior Recruiter to support the company growth. This person will be responsible for facilitating all interview scheduling, maintaining real-time updates in our applicant tracking system and manager updates. In addition, this person will oversee full cycle of recruiting for our internship program and recruitment events.

Responsibilities

Schedule a high volume of interviews, communicate interview details, and host candidate visits
Manage full-cycle recruiting to achieve hiring goals –develop strong relationships with key universities, facilitate interview processes and hiring discussions.
Establish effective working relationships with engineers, recruiting team members and vendors
Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external clients
Effectively manage simultaneous projects and prioritize tasks
Manage internal and external job postings, including the posting of jobs on internal and external websites
Take responsibility for the maintenance and data integrity of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and produce ad-hoc reports as required
Organize and attend virtual and in-office events

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree with exposure to financial services
1+ years of relevant experience in recruiting or a related field in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and candidates
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail
