Job Description

Develops profitable business account relationships and increased profitability from existing and new accounts across U.S. Bank. Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services. Makes sales presentations to existing and/or prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs. Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Seven to nine years of financial sales experience
Ability to travel (local, regional, national)

Strong sales and new business development skills, including execution of sales strategies and goals
Ability to identify and engage opportunities with thorough discovery and closing skills.
Advanced knowledge of Retail Payment Solutions (RPS) products and services
Strong marketing, negotiation and decision-making skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service and relationship skills, with ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues
Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
