The Reliability/PM Supervisor will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems. Develops tools to determine reliability of components, equipment, and processes. Acquires and analyzes data. Prepares KPIs, diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations and reports to define reliability problems and make recommendations for improvements. Conducts analysis of reliability problems and investigates to determine the required reliability approach for a particular situation, with consideration given to cost limitations for equipment uptime/downtime, repair/replacement costs and availability of materials/equipment. Determines cost advantages of alternatives and develops action plans that comply with internal/external customer demands for reliable processes/equipment to avoid failures.
Primary Responsibilities:
Hires and trains department staff.
Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of staff.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Lead Reliability Centered Maintenance team/program and lead risk-based inspections
Organize trainings and workshops for maintenance/engineering employees on predictive technologies.
Develop and maintain Reliability/PM plans and coordinate tests on same and recommend improvement processes.
Collaborate with business units and review all business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions for same and design various equipment maintenance plans for all technologies.
Optimize utilization of all associate tools and provide subject matter expertise.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
Must be US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated history of utilizing Reliability Centered Maintenance tools to optimize asset performance / lifecycle.
Experience in root cause failure analysis and FMEA
Experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
Experience with CMMS
Analytical and technical skills with attention to detail and process improvements
Performs other work as assigned.
