Job Description

We are looking for a Global ISC Business Process Expertise Manager (BPX), aligned to the ISC Improve and Scale Team, located Auburn, MI.

As part of the Improve and Scale Team, you will provide expertise in the Auto ID space, supporting businesses and sites in the development and implementation of solutions for current and future capability needs.

You will assist in defining work process and system solutions, executing against strategy, utilizing design principles, through collaboration with global and regional peers and business and functional stakeholders. You will ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements and provide ongoing training, support and design enhancements across strategic solutions utilized by our partners. You will work under the functional guidance of a Global Business Process Leader and be a member of a team of global and regional Business Process Experts. You will also collaborate with other Business Process Teams, both within and outside of ISC as well as counterparts within the I/S organization. As a BPX, you will act as a subject matter expert responsible for providing deep functional and SAP user expertise for work processes, applications and products aligned with and/or utilized by Logistics, preferably with experience in Logistics Operations and Material Flow.

Responsibilities / Duties

Drive work stream/sub-process level activities as needed to support their respective areas.

Collaborate and participate in strategy definition with global peers, regional teams, business and functional stakeholders.

Provide ongoing training, support, design enhancements.

Interface with DSS for system development, support and issue resolution of regional requirements.

Define and document Global Work Process and System Solutions, continuous improvements and manage the implementation of it across the globe.

Resolve issues, explain functionality, gather Global Work Process requirement changes, and ensure work process knowledge transfer.

Accountable to possess in-depth understanding and knowledge of the work process, systems, tools and metrics.

Support corporate initiatives and projects executed by the DSS organization, which may include requirements gathering, evaluation, testing set up and execution, data transition and migration activities, and implementation.

Monitor consistency between promised and delivered value to our customers.

Identify gaps in Global Work Processes driven from external best practices and new emerging technologies.

Lead projects that are cross-functional/business/area/work process in nature, either individually or under the guidance of a Business Process Leader.

Participate in Corporate initiatives and projects executed by the I&S organization, which may include requirements gathering, evaluation, testing set up and execution, data transition and migration activities, and implementation.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, related field or relevant military experience at an E6 rank/Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher is required.

A minimum of 3 years of Integrated Supply Chain or relevant experience.

A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Your preferred qualifications include:

Working knowledge of ERP systems

Certifications in forecasting and supply chain (CPIM, CSCP, CPF)

Auto ID experience
