Develop the overall security strategy for your regional responsibility. You will focus on supervising a team to drive information security and technical compliance of information systems, networks and users as well as performing risk and threat assessments. In this senior level position, you will focus on loss prevention strategies and improvements to enhance the overall risk profile of the business. You will directly support security operations and emergency response, as well as participate in improving the consistency and effectiveness of security and safety across the regional footprint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to the Sr IT Cyber-Security Manager for Global Security, Defense & Space and is responsible for:
· Supervises Manages and Information System Security Managers, Information System Security Officers and other Security Professionals
· Development, implementation and execution of risk mitigation strategies
· Risk assessments and vulnerability assessments
· Project and program management
· Engagement with customers, stakeholders, partners, and intelligence and law enforcement agencies in support of corporate requirements
· Provides leadership across the security enterprise
YOU MUST HAVE
· 5+ years’ experience in Security programs
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar technical degree
· Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and must currently hold, at minimum, a DoD Secret clearance
· Must be U.S. Citizen due to contractual obligations
WE VALUE
· Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
· CISSP or similar technical certification
· Experience interacting with a variety of internal customers and external suppliers
· Familiarity with DAAPM, NISPOM, Physical Security, NIST SP 800-53, managing NIPSOM/SAP ICD Programs
· Ability to develop and administer security programs for classified and sensitive but unclassified information or proprietary materials, documents and equipment
· Experience preferred in leadership and supervision.
· Experience in industrial security or CI analytical experience
· Proven team leadership, customer service and process improvement skills
