Job Description

This is a Program Finance Cost Management position on the Longbow Fire Control Radar (FCR) Joint Venture (JV) team. Longbow is a dynamic program with USG and FMS production and sustainment contracts. This role provides the opportunity to work alongside an energetic, high performing Cost Management team, as well as working closely with Estimating, Contracts, and Planning. This analyst would act as a point of contact and program resource for the team, providing guidance and support when and where needed. This position will also provide the analyst exposure to upper management.

The analyst will also interact with Finance Management, Program Managers, IPT Leads, and Functional Finance Analysts on a regular basis to ensure the program meets its financial commitments.

Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Management and forecasting of Cost, Orders, Sales, Profit, and Cash Flow; Internal performance tracking; Budgeting contracts; Review of contract modifications; Monthly invoice submittal and tracking; Monthly and Quarterly tracking of the Longbow Funds Flow and Cash Forecasts; Coordinating regularly with our JV Partner and Customer Reporting.

West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast. Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with:

-- Contract Status Review (CSR) process
-- Forecasting Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash Flow
-- Monthly & quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process to include program Risks & Opportunities
-- Forecasting & negotiating functional budgets

Other Basic Qualifications:

-- Solid communication and self-starter skills

-- Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

Desired Skills:

- Knowledge of EFS, SAP and Finance process and controls
- Experienced with Fixed Price (FP) and Cost Plus (CP) contracts
