The Senior Control Account Manager has the authority and accountability for specific Control Accounts within their Integrated Product Team (IPT). The Senior Control Account Manager is responsible for the development, definition, and management of the scope, schedule, and budget for the work contained in their Control Accounts. The Senior Control Account Manager will also be responsible for the oversight and mentoring of the Control Account and Work Package Managers programmatically reporting to them. The Senior Control Account Manager is part of the Program Management Team and will report directly to the Assistant Program Manager (APM) for their respective IPT.
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree w/ 4+ years of relevant industry and/or functional experience with increasing levels of responsibility. MA/MS degree w/ 2+ years of relevant industry and/or functional experience with increasing levels of responsibility including experience in business management, finance, supply chain, engineering and/or program management.
Desired Skills:
Energetic, organized, and results driven, the Dynamic Systems Senior Control Account Manager will have strong analytical skills. The ability to establish positive relationships with various customers, teammates and subcontractors is required. The individual will also have solid written, presentation, and communication skills along with demonstrated success in utilizing Earned Value (EV) Management, developing and managing integrated master schedules, and performing critical path and financial analysis.
