Mondel?z International Operations assignments are designed for individuals pursuing careers in Engineering and Manufacturing Production/ Operations Management. Our internship assignments focus on practical, value added projects, and related experiences that teach how operations production drives value throughout the organization.  This includes:

Providing leadership and guidance to employees while optimizing production
Meeting production schedules in order to achieve business goals
Communicating effectively with managers, supervisors and employees
Leading multi-functional project teams of technical and operations functions

Successful individuals will ideally be pursuing a BS in Chemical Engineering, Operations Management,

Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering. Individuals will possess the ability to build and develop strong cross functional relationships in a fast paced manufacturing plant. A demonstrated drive for results, ability to set and deliver upon indicated priorities and customer focus is critical to success
