We currently have a great opportunity available for a Mailroom Clerk.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Mailroom Clerk will sort and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail. Sort incoming corporate mail and distribute to departments. Use machinery to fold, insert, weigh, meter and apply postage. Manual sorting, inserting and mailing of bulk mail packages.

Hours- Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Employment Status- Full-Time

Responsibilities

Collect, sort and distribute corporate and interoffice mail for daily mail runs. Deliver all incoming courier shipments to the right departments.
Operate and maintain Pitney Bowes inserting mail machines perform minor maintenance and adjustments clean, oil, and service daily to maximize operational reliability.
Setup mailing machines for bill runs, maintain operational log and prepare presort for pickup.
Schedule a daily USPS and FedEx Ground pickup for outgoing packages.
Process all EOB’s with bills for outgoing mail. (Fold and insert)
Pickup outgoing corporate mail to weigh and determine correct postage.
Prep and deliver mail daily to the Post Office and pickup all incoming Provider Services mail from Post Office.
Drop off all outgoing courier mail to drop boxes.
Sort incoming client tax forms. (Annually)
Deliver paper order throughout the company as requested.
Process all Copy Center requests and maintain log.
Prep and assemble all reports for management reporting department.
Maintain inventory of all paper types and materials used in the Mail and Copy Center.
Other duties as assigned
Responsible for adhering to Information Security Policies and ensuring Envision is as secure as possible.

Qualifications

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
The ideal candidate will have prior Mailroom or high volume copy center experience.
Must have a working vehicle along with a valid Pennsylvania Drivers License and Auto Insurance.
Basic computer skills.
Flexible, high achiever with ability to learn quickly and meet department goals and deadlines consecutively. 
Strong attention to detail.
Organized, detail oriented with excellent follow through abilities.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in English.
Ability to lift items 40 pounds or more.
Possess an understanding of machinery.
