Join Takeda as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Branding Partner where you will design sourcing strategies and for meeting the short and long-term recruiting needs. You will also develop talent pipelines for business-critical skill areas, while considering the hiring needs and managing both active and passive candidate pipeline. You will report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, Global Corporate Functions and work with several Talent Acquisition teams and leaders.
Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Branding Partner will also manage development and deployment of the candidate branding strategy together with RPO partner(s) for Global Corporate Functions (GCF) that differentiates Takeda from competitors. Working with Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence and Innovation (TA COEI) branding for Takeda. Manage TA tools and select vendor management including selection, review, training and measurement and to ensure we best use and improve them. Tools may include, Workday, Avature, Talent Neuron, Power BI, multiple branding and sourcing tools. In Partnership with TA Leadership create operating procedures and process improvement plans including change management strategies
How you will contribute:
·Work with important partners (Learning and Talent, HR Business Leaders, HR Partners, and Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence and Innovation to determine sourcing strategies for important/difficult to fill open positions.
·Implement strategies to identify the most qualified diverse slate of candidates for these open positions.
·Developed customized candidate sourcing strategies based on industry trends, competitive intelligence, institutional knowledge, and experience to identify and attract qualified candidates.
·Be a point person within Global Corporate Functions for our career site maintenance and enhancements.
·Participate in building talent communities and pipelines for important positions by using existing technologies and resources, advanced sourcing capabilities, and other creative techniques.
·Maintain relationships with prospective candidates for future opportunities.
·Ensure compliance with global and local recruitment policies.
·Ensure branding and sourcing practices of RPO partners are aligned.
·Design regular reports on metrics and market intelligence to important partners to help guide talent agenda.
·Perform monthly quality control of data.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
·Bachelor's Degree in a relevant work experience.
·Over 5 years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Talent Operation or related role where team development, structure, and execution were required.
·Over 2 years of project management experience where streamlining efficiencies and creating standardized and documented practices was required.
·Previous experience in a complex global organization in Life Sciences, Pharma or R&D centric business model.
·Experienced in all, including Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
·Workday Applicant Tracking System.
·Create project plans and lead processes and follow up.
·Creative spirit with a desire to build talent strategies.
·Collaboration skills at all levels of management.
·Experience building a data-driven approach to tell a story and lead strategy.
