Job Description

The Engineered Materials Group is seeking a dynamic team member to lead Digital Automation activities. This position will Champion Digital tools and process automation and will primarily be focused on implementing digital automation and process improvements at business divisions. We are looking for a thought leader and change agent. You must be a high energy process driven individual with great influencing skills. This role will be located in Cary, NC. and will require travel to division locations.

Responsibilities

Identification and execution of business process improvements at divisions.
Working directly with division leadership to develop and implement productivity and process improvements using Digital IT tools.
Improving IT and business operational efficiencies, leading Lean initiatives, driving cost efficiencies, and implementing best practice standards and documentation.
Work with division, group, and corporate resources to implement best practices.
Work directly with corporate, group, and third-party resources to develop and implement digital automation solutions.
Lead Group Digital High Performance Teams and develop metrics to track digital automation initiatives.Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Technology Discipline with 3-5 years’ experience in Information Technology or implementing Digital Initiatives.
Understanding of Digital IT Tools and business processes
Background in IT, Lean, Quality, Finance, or business operations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven Project management skills

Preferred

MBA or Master's degree in Information Technology
