Establish and execute internal and external communication and change management routines to ensure alignment and buy-in on current and upcoming implementation roadmaps and opportunities to leverage the platform.

Manage the software and service vendors associated with KOSMOS implementation to create strong long-lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships with clear expectations and responsibilities.  Serve as the primary contact for communicating program status, issue escalation and resolution, and development pipeline needs.  This includes review and approval of statements of work, change orders, invoices, and project updates.

Maintain contact with peer companies and software user groups to share implementation best practices and identify near/medium/long-term enhancements that can be built into the overall strategy and roadmap.
