SUMMARY
The receptionist is responsible for the front desk operations of the assigned building.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Operate system switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and internal calls
· Greet visitors and vendors.
· Maintain visitor in/out record sheets and issues visitor badges
· Announce and directs visitors/vendors to proper location.
· Refer messages to appropriate parties
· Escalate non-routine questions and inquires to supervisor
· Oversee the cleanliness of the lobby
· Assist other HR areas in: addressing recruiting postcards, sending out birthday cards, putting together packets
· Distribute package drop-offs to proper recipients
· Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma and 1 year of experience. Switchboard with multiple phone line experience preferred.
