The FP&A team manages Meta’s entire budget of revenue and expenses, overseeing our investments in headcount, operating expenses, and capital investments. We focus on using our unique view into ‘the numbers’ to see trends and opportunities that are developing within Meta and within related industries. Successful candidates for this team have a bias toward action, have exceptional partnership and communication skills, and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast. In this role, you will be responsible for budgeting, tracking, reporting and analysis of investments in capital expenditures, operating expenses, and headcount for Meta’s Network-Infrastructure organization. Finance Associate - Network Consolidations & Reporting Responsibilities

Support FP&A activities including month end close, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning

Responsible for publishing monthly/quarterly Financial and Operational reporting packages for the Network Infrastructure Finance and Business teams. Develop dashboards for automating reporting packages

Partner with Finance Managers in the Network team to produce consolidated financial reporting and variance analysis for Finance leadership

Assist developing/uploading CapEx/OpEx forecasts in Essbase. Play a key role in developing Cash CapEx & Treasury Funding forecasts for Network Finance

Partner with engineering & sourcing contacts to manage procurement approval process across the Network Infrastructure team

Interface with Finance Managers, Accounting and different Sourcing Operations teams to identify CAPEX and OPEX accruals for Month End and Quarter End close process

Support process improvement efforts by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to Infrastructure financial management

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent

4+ years of finance, consulting, or business operations experience

Experience managing financial close/forecasting/budgeting processes

Experience developing analytical frameworks and communicating financial concepts to cross functional partners/leadership

Experience problem solving independently, organizing workload and priorities, and completing tasks on time

Experience with building financial models in Excel and/or Google Sheets

Advanced experience with MS Office or G-Suite

Experience with dashboarding and data visualization tools like Tableau

Preferred Qualifications

Experience establishing relationships with business partners and other cross functional stakeholders

Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Financials, Tableau, SQL

Experience supporting research/hardware engineering teams and managing diverse product portfolios

Experience managing financial close/forecasting/budgeting processes

Understanding of telecommunications infrastructure network industry concepts
