As a Student Support at Kelloggs, you will be part of our success in driving our business forward on the Category Management team. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Be A Trend Setter – Literally. Through our partnership with Kroger, you will be part of a team that helps to develop insights on Category results and trends. You be using Excel formulas to manipulate data helping us arrive at consumer insights. These insights will impact category strategy, assortment recommendations, innovation score carding, shelving practices, and keeping us organized with the Kroger reset timelines for our categories.
This is Not A Drill – But you will use tools. Data tools to provide insights and storytelling to our external sources. Additionally, you will be conducting and reviewing research data, working with function specific software applications, and analyzing efficient assortments using our Kellogg tools.
Put Your Best Foot Forward – In working on this team, you will help to create and maintain innovation documentation. And be ready to present! You will be owning, presenting, and following up on additional projects and tasks
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in an accredited University within 30 miles in any fields related to Business or Computer Science
Junior or Senior status
Ability to work part time during the school year for 20-25 hours per week (during business hours)
Ability to work full time during the summer
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Advanced Excel skills including v-lookups, pivot tables and other formulas
Ability to demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills
Bonus Points:
Ability to demonstrate effective and professional written and oral communication skills
Previous internship experience
Project management and/or group project experience
