The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a skilled Consultant of Strategic Planning to our Workplace Solutions, Life and Annuity Operations and Brand Organization to work remotely.

In the past year, Lincoln realigned business strategy roles into the business(s) which they support. This role will be supporting the Workplace Solutions (Group Protection and Retirement Plan Services), Life and Annuity Operations and Corporate Marketing and Communications teams. As a Consultant of Strategic Planning role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the senior leadership team and their teams to gather content and build PowerPoint presentations for Quarterly Business Review meetings that will be delivered to the CEO and the Senior Management Committee (SMC). In addition, you will partner with the various senior leaders to support create presentations for strategic initiatives that are critical to achieving business priorities. 

What you'll be doing

Compile business updated from senior leadership into a cohesive presentation
Stay apprised of key business priorities and support initiatives as needed
Attend Quarterly Business Reviews and share the presentation as senior leaders present
Participate in quarterly strategic planning meetings with senior leadership team
Collaborate with senior leadership to execute on strategic plans

What we're looking for

Must-haves:

3 - 5+ Years business analytics and/or project management experience in the financial services aligns with the responsibilities
Extensive Microsoft Suite experience, specifically PowerPoint
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives/projects at the same time

Nice-to-haves:  

Group Benefits and/or Retirement Plan knowledge
Operations knowledge
Marketing/graphic design background
