The Job

The operations analyst will play a critical role in keeping our account connected, and will interact with stakeholders across our global team. We are an extremely fast-paced organization where change is quick and frequent. There will be many moving parts to track, so attention to detail and diligence are key. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels will be instrumental to success. The role will continue to evolve as the account matures, so expect a little ambiguity and a lot of leeway to pave your own way. Responsibilities include:

Work cross-functionally with teams across the globe to create and maintain a central repository of key projects, including project status, timeline, summary, key contacts and other critical details 
Develop and implement tools and processes for streamlining the collection of key project information, train the team on these tools and processes and enforce organization-wide adherence  
Develop new and interesting methods for disseminating knowledge of global activities to keep the team engaged and interested in the bigger picture, and aware of account-wide activities
Develop and own monthly report of account activity to the client including successes, delays, and upcoming events
Help connect the dots across our global scope to identify areas of potential efficiency gain
Work with the global communications leader to inform our communication content strategy based on project roadmap and be quick to identify resource needs based on upcoming workload
Identify opportunities for storytelling early in the process, and work with the communications team help bring relevant stories to life
Project manage communications projects with multiple content producers and/or agency involvement
Ensure global and regional meetings are coordinated and not overlapping each other or other key initiatives
Drive communication channel audits ensuring content, distribution lists, and other related materials remain up-to-date
Develop process flows for the communications team to streamline workflows
Analyze content and engagement data and regularly present to communications leadership to influence decision-making

Job requirements:

Experience

5 years of professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility in project management, operations, or related role

Technical knowhow

Microsoft Office proficiency
Smartsheet or other project management software
Tableau or other business intelligence tool a big plus!
Experience with other collaboration tools such as Slack, Miro, and Teams a plus

Basic skills and qualifications that get your foot in the door

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, including presentation skills, and comfortable speaking in front of large groups (in-person and virtually)
Exceptional project management skills
Ability to remain highly-effective in a remote and global environment while demonstrating cultural sensitivity and a willingness to work outside of normal business hours when necessary
Able to work proactively and comfortable navigating ambiguity
An innovative spirit, outside-the-box problem solver, highly adaptable to change, and a preference for simplification of program and process
Strong organizational skills, extremely detail-oriented, and a capacity to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment
Ability to use data and analytics to help drive decision-making

Skills and qualifications that make you stand out from the rest

Experience in a global environment with exposure to various cultures, languages, and perspectives and ability to influence disparate audiences
Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or similar a big plus!
