Job Description

What You Will Do

The candidate manages compliance to technical support processes within the team
Set clear objectives, evaluate progress and instill a high-performance culture with focus on team work, service excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues
Intimately understands and Audio technology, to include various internal control software platforms, signal  flow and products used from the Microphone to the Speaker, and some networking theory
Manage individual performance, technical and skills development
Encourage open communication between team members, suggesting and driving forward ideas about how the team can work more effectively together
Handles TS Cases and escalated trouble calls and works closely with other agents to navigate escalation procedures.
Validates problem descriptions and perform detailed problem diagnosis; track and update problems in trouble ticketing system.
Actively support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Strong interest in and aptitude towards working with new technology
Strong client service and problem-solving skillset with a solution-oriented mentality
Advanced knowledge of hardware, network operating systems and troubleshooting skills
Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency

What You Need

Bachelor’s Degree in a technological field of study or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years work experience with a focus towards a technical support capacity

Willingness to work in an office in Northridge, CA
Willingness to work across multiple time zones when needed.
