The future is now at DISH, and the Corporate Recruiting Talent Acquisition team is in the midst of it all.  We seek a passionate Talent Acquisition Associate with a high desire to learn, who, like the rest of our dynamic team, does whatever it takes to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.  If you are interested in recruiting, this is a great opportunity. Day-to-day job responsibilities

Facilitate the full cycle recruitment flow of candidates from outreach to offer within DISH’s applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
Handling the requisition creation and intake process, job postings, and candidates through applicant tracking system following consistent internal processes and reporting/tracking metrics
Partner and build rapport with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to understand the hiring needs, business, products, services, and DISH culture 
Strategic sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Additional projects as assigned

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Bachelor's degree from 4-year College or University, or equivalent combination of education and experience
2-4+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, agency experience is a plus.
Possesses knowledge of general recruiting practices and technology
Identifies when exceptions to a policy may be appropriate and discuss reasoning with the manager or COE.
Shares information and ideas to support the development of self and team.
Professionalism and strict confidentiality
Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite, additional experience with applicant tracking systems a plus, we use iCIMS.
