About our group:
Our group resides in the materials side of the Seagate scope. We aid a multitude of people across the grid, including but not limited to: Program Account Managers, Buyers, Engineers, Administrators, Suppliers, etc. Though not technically a global position, we do interact plenty with every Seagate site due to the needs of the global Supply Chain. Most of the responsibilities surround Shipping & Receiving of samples, revenue product, material, tooling, test drives, etc.
About the role - you will:
For this role, we would like someone who can be a bit of a “Swiss Army Knife.” On a daily basis, dock employees are asked to aid individuals in Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Control so to have a general understanding of each arena is vital. Cross-training is essential in this position and that individual will thrive if they can support the variety of demands.

Your experience includes:
Prior experience is helpful but not necessary for this position
Applicants can expect to lift anything from 2 lbs. to 100 lbs. (we have equipment to aid in larger bulk items) as well as be on their feet for extended periods of time
Computer skills are especially helpful as transactions and reports are conducted on a daily basis
