General Function:
Drives product information and marketing, social media, and public relations activities.
Supports Belvac’s Marketing Agency with photography, graphic productions, content management, coordination and administration.
Organizes and manages major trade expositions worldwide in tandem with the Sales Team and Regional Directors.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal and external resources to drive all Belvac global marketing, branding and publicity efforts.
Organize and manage all trade expositions worldwide.
Develop regional marketing and media plans together with the Sales organization.
Map regional trade magazines, associations and events for networking, marketing and PR opportunities.
Create and distribute regional newsletters, campaign mailings, press releases, etc.
Make media bookings and edit advertisement materials.
Act as project manager and coordinator for regional exhibitions and events.
Handle contacts with advertisement agencies, exhibition partners and other suppliers.
Manage content and editing of Belvac’s intranet, website and social media channels.
Support regional Sales, Management and HR in various information and communication activities.
Coordinate translation and order brochure printing.
Project manager of assigned marketing activities.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree within Marketing, Communications, Media or related fields.
Experience:
5 years of experience in a Market Communications role. Preferred industrial environment.
Software skills: proficiency with software for graphic design, image handling, content management, newsletter distribution, etc. Experience working with CRM systems and web survey tools. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Language skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience from copywriting.
