Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Schedule and coordinate completion/Well Work activities
This position is a designated as safety sensitive.  
Individuals assigned to this role will be subject to and must adhere to additional safety protocols including, but not limited to alcohol and drug screens and a background check.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule and coordinate completion/Well Work activities such as frac, workover, coil tubing, e-line.
Ensure all work is executed onsite in a safe, efficient, and environmentally sound manner.
Maintain frequent communications with completion/Well Work team, including Completion Superintendent, SH&E, Operations Engineers, Production Foreman, and other consultants.
Accurately record well data, activity, and NPT reports in Well view.
Review for accuracy and approve invoices in Digital Oil Field Open Invoice.
Strong location management and vendor competency verification skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or GED equivalent
Previous completion/Well Work experience required(>5 years)
Current IADC Wellsharp Well Servicing Oil and Gas Operator Representative Certificate
Strong Leadership Behavior Qualities/ Well Work & completion competency
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills in Well view, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Ability to work in Team environment
Must have valid driver’s license
Ability to climb stairs 

WORK SCHEDULE

Well Work / Completion Foreman-5-2
Monday - Friday with occasional nights and weekends.
Be able to relocate to either Midland/Odessa TX or Carlsbad NM area
