Sell to a named list of large State and Municipal Accounts or to Federal Government Agencies.
Work closely with Verizon Wireless and VES to team on accounts to provide Telematics solutions to Government Clients.
The Client Partner will also self-prospect into these accounts, leveraging trade shows, past and new contacts, partners, referrals and other methods in order to gain new accounts and grow existing accounts.
Partner with the Government CS Team to align on the needs of the customer in an effort to provide valuable solutions in an effort to retain and grow the customer for the long term.

What we’re looking for...

You possess an extensive background in selling into large government, and/or enterprise level accounts. You have a broad knowledge of the government procurement process, government contracts, pricing, etc. You understand the structure of government entities, and are able to facilitate collaboration and consensus across varying functional areas of the government entity. You have strong technical expertise, a preferred experience with selling telematics in a previous role, and C-Level interaction with Enterprise level accounts. You also possess the ability to work with channel partners, understanding the benefits and nuances of the strategic partner relationship.
You’ll need to have:

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Willingness to travel.
Valid driver’s license.

Even better if you have:

Seven or more years of sales experience selling into the government sector.
Strong technical expertise.
Previous experience selling telematics.
