Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is a crucial role focused on identifying, onboarding, and driving sell-through revenue with ISV partners to attract and retain new channel partners, meet the business needs of end customers, and increase revenue across the 3 Microsoft Clouds for SYNNEX.

You’ll be accountable for overall pipeline management, quality, and execution, as well as channel and revenue expansion. You will work closely with our vendor recruit team for effective signing on and onboarding of new ISV partners. You will also engage with our marketing organization to build effective GTM strategies, execute upon them and drive ROI on our investment.

As a Business Development Manager, you will also build and maintain strategic and tactical relationships with several of our Microsoft teams, such as the CSP team, ISV teams, as well as local and WW business groups.
Additionally, you should also attend and participate in WW and US councils for Azure, M365, and ISV. You'll be additive to the SYNNEX culture and be a champion for our always-on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work.
Be Inspired By the Work You'll Do

Establish a good working relationship with Microsoft, around sales, training, launches, and more

Build and maintain relationships with ISV partners, and drive the expansion of new and existing business among these partners

Fully understand promotions, pricing programs, etc., for your effective sell-through & recruit efforts

Build and expand essential relationships inside of SYNNEX with our Sales teams to drive additional sell-through

Own pipeline/forecast for your business; provide insight into trends, opportunities

Work closely with the Marketing team and Microsoft marketing to ensure optimal execution to drive awareness, demand, sales

Proactively communicate success/challenge/opportunities to the STELLR VP

Get creative. New ideas, directions, changes – all are welcome and wanted to keep us sharp and to grow

Your Passion is Sparked By:

Sales experience required, with a track record of aggressive, trust-based selling to exceed individual goals

Understanding of the ISV world, with a specific understanding of ISV opportunities and challenges in moves to the Microsoft Cloud.

Microsoft experience required, channel experience preferred

Working knowledge of Spanish language preferred

Recognition and embracing the value of a Diverse, Equal, and Inclusive workplace

Excellent communication skills in management conversations, presentations, and email

Demonstrate continuous learning, intellectual curiosity, and improvement in professional impact

The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
