As a Workday Financials Lead your primary responsibilities may include:
Focuses on identifying trends, determines root cause of problems, predicts future implications, and determines solutions to drive effective business decisions
Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement change
Supports release management, reviews release summary and releases readiness documents from system vendors
Identifies enhancements relevant to the FINS system and impacts to downstream systems
Drive decisions and recommend best practices related to Workday Financials Functionality
Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
Troubleshoot production break-fixes from triage through resolution
Implement enhancements and new features from discovery through deployment
Advise clients on industry standards?and leading practices.
Demonstrate design options?using?prototyping.
Understand and apply Workday and Accenture?methodologies.
Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies and execute optimization projects
Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets

Qualifications
Here's what you need:
- Existing and up to date Workday Financials Partner Certification
- 3+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
- 2+ years of supporting Workday Financials Implementations with 1+ year in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of US and/or Global Financials Operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years
Bonus points if:
- Proficiency in multiple business processes:??(PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, Grant Management, etc…)
- 3+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.
- Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.
- Other leading Cloud based SaaS financial application implementation experience: (NetSuite, Fusion Intact, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Lawson. Etc...)
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization
