Job Description
General Summary
We are seeking full-time Medical Assistants to work 3, 12.5-hour shifts per week (with overtime, on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed).
The Medical Assistant provides patient centric care, patient registration and medical assistance duties as part of the Mass General Brigham Urgent Care Team.

Qualifications
Completion of a formal, post-secondary clinical training program (ex. Medical Assistant, EMT, Paramedic) diploma required.
BLS/CPR certification required
Required: 1+ years of applicable professional experience in the administration of immunizations, and upon hire successfully demonstrate injections/vaccinations as assessed by a primary care provider.
2+ years of Medical Assistant experience in a high-volume urgent care center, primary care practice or emergency room preferred.
OR
Existing internal GMB Urgent Care employees, who have been employed for at least 6 months.
