Please review the following job description:
Support Premium Finance Strategy team by covering all aspects of Premium Finance including sales reporting, finance, marketing, and data analysis. Help support creation of data and analytics infrastructure. Complete various scheduled and ad-hoc analysis with an eye toward automation of such requests. Assist Strategy team in the creation of a data & analytics roadmap and implementation of data & analytics strategy.

1. Manage day to day aspects of multiple projects
2. Help build and streamline management reporting
3. Build expert knowledge in premium finance industry and convey knowledge to others

5. Work with IT to automate analysis
QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training
2. Excellent written, editing and verbal communications skills
3. Excellent problem resolution, decision making and strategic/analytical thinking skills
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects involving various stakeholders and agendas with accountability, close attention to detail, and minimal supervision
5. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
6. Ability to lead initiatives with cross-functional teams
7. Comfortable with ambiguity, working autonomously and making independent decisions in a fast paced, results driven environment
8. Experience in roles requiring strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
