As the Recruiter, you will transform the way we recruit talent adapting to the evolution of growing qualified diverse talent at Dow Jones. In partnership with our multiple teams, you will build the talent acquisition strategy for a variety of roles. As part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with our business leaders to identify and attract the best diverse talent to the organization. As an essential member of the team, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and build a unique approach to attracting talent at Dow Jones!

You Will:

Recruitment

You will creatively use full-lifecycle recruiting techniques to build and engage networks, assess and hire qualified diverse senior engineering talent

Source active and passive candidates from a variety of channels and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, research, etc.

Be a strategic expert with leaders to establish plans and provide solutions that redefine the way we recruit for diverse talent

Report to the Global Head of Recruiting

Hire Experience

Advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process; establish regular touchpoints and provide diligent follow through resulting in an outstanding candidate experience

Build relationships and work with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team goals, and establish talent acquisition strategies

Data/Analytics

Manage weekly/quarterly recruitment dashboard

Leverage data to influence decisions on hiring approach and strategy

You have:

5-7+ years of recruitment experience preferred

Experience working with teams to improve strategies and build relationships

Knowledge of recruitment marketing trends and interest in customer experience, technology, and innovation

Experience building or scaling recruiting processes and infrastructure

A positive, high-transparency, and collaborative approach to your work

Appreciation for feedback, as part of the effort to improve as a recruiter and strategic partner
