The Work Itself
Possess the skills and knowledge to perform any of the credit associate roles:
Wholesale to include:
Process Dealer Wholesale transactions that suspend.
Maintain open items.
Research and process wholesale open items in general ledgers.
Process dealer wholesale charges and curtailments when payment received.
Process renewals / adjustments for dealer demonstrators and shop rentals.
Research and process entries to clear exception reporting.
Portfolio Management to include:
Contact dealer for collection of wholesale charges and curtailments outstanding.
Follow dealer for financial statements, bank statements.
Submit financials to applicable systems; follow for completion and verify accuracy.
Complete system changes for dealer accounts.
Loans to include:
Pre-closing loan preparation, request title commitment and zoning compliance from title company.
Verify compliant insurance, request Certificates of Good Standing, run Bridger's on wires day of closing, prepare New Loan Set-up Sheet.
Review commitment packages provided by Ally Bank after loan approved and obtain Ally Bank approval to disburse funds Audit.
Retail to include: Audit administration Security follow-up administration Retail administration
The Skills You Bring
HS diploma or equivalent required.
2 + years' experience in financial services or similar industry.
Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for the experience.
Performs clerical, administrative and technically based activities and/or supporting tasks.
Typically requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Intermediate written and oral communication skills.
Understanding of Automotive / RV dealership wholesale / retail / loan administration a plus.
