Job Description:
The HR Shared Service Centre provides operational/transactional HR service to Huntsman corporation operations throughout USA. The HR Service Centre Analyst will provide a highly efficient service orientated process to internal HR teams, Line Managers and Employees in receiving and processing transactional activity in line with service level agreements and customer requirements.
What will your day to day look like?
Maintain Human Resources data in Workday including transactions for Talent Acquisition team, promotions, position changes, personal information changes, compensation changes, etc. such that data is accurate and updated timely. Support non- Workday activity related to the Workday processes e.g. offer letters, background checks etc. so that end to end transactional activity is completed in full. Perform all job duties by following required company and/or department processes in handling user issues, complaints, documentation requests, same-day transaction entry and data maintenance.
Manage the day-to-day relationships and orders for identified users, ensuring proficient and knowledgeable customer service is provided with a sense of integrity and trust. Manage any issues that may arise in a timely manner towards resolution. Effectively and efficiently manage workload including ticket count, call and email volumes, including proficiency in multi-tasking, resolving competing priorities, meeting requested deadlines and troubleshoot issues.
Support other office administration activity including things like purchase order set up and invoicing, use of purchase catalogues, office supplies, interview scheduling, etc.
Provide regular feedback and proactive communication to the end user regarding the status of their tickets with excellent written and verbal communication with required parties. Work closely with HRIS support team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of bugs and issues with a sense of urgency.
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
Knowledge and experience of working on HR “back office” processes like offer letters, background checks, recruitment support, invoicing etc.
High level of proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft programs.
Attention to detail and ability to make accurate data entry is essential
Experience in customer service function within an HR services or HR support environment is highly preferred.
Knowledge or experience working with enterprise systems e.g. Workday, ADP, Peoplesoft, SAP, etc. Workday experience preferred.
Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.
A high school diploma or equivalent in a Technical / Business or related field with 4+ years related experience. An Associate's Degree or higher in a Technical / Business or related field with related experience is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in HR or business field with limited experience acceptable.
