Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Cash application processor
ICS reporting review
Create manual invoices
Maintain security deposits
Validate Preprocessors
Period close tasks
Monitor cash payments in JP Morgan and Treasury
Customer invoicing and applying cash applications
Monitor customer aging and credits
Use problem-solving skills to meet department objectives
Assist Accounts Receivable Manager with special projects
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in an Accounting related field
Required Skills
Excel - Intermediate skills - VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
Organizational skills, problem solving and follow through
Ability to reconcile accounts to relevant supporting documentation
Ability to multi-task, drive results, be a team player, work under tight deadlines, and the ability to communicate with all levels of financial and operational personnel
Focused and able to follow documented processes each time
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Recent college graduate
1 year of Accounting or related financial experience
