Job Summary

Leads business intelligent automation and digitization projects involving automating, streamlining, and/or enhancing business processes. Uses automated robotic and digital technologies to assess current processes and develop recommended solutions. Works with project teams to define and determine process standards and/or automated enhancements, including design, testing, and deployment. Documents end-to-end business processes, data interpretation and analysis results. Handles more complex projects and requires minimal guidance and supervision. Serves as mentor to less experienced members of the team. Span of control: 0; individual contributor.

Key Accountabilities

Leads process assessments to understand end-to-end business processes and workflow steps using automated robotic and digital technologies and input from business process owners
Works with technical resources and business unit teams to design optimized and compliant automation solutions based on available technology capabilities
Converts project requirements and specifications into use cases and feasible automation solutions, including creating process designs, documentation, and workflow steps
Develops detailed process maps and use case assumptions, including solution design documents
Collaborates with project team members to validate requirements and ensure automation solutions meet business needs
Provides guidance and expertise to project teams based on industry knowledge and recommended best practices
Oversees complex projects across multiple business partners, interfaces, and/or systems
Works with leadership to address process issues and identify automation enhancements

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or engineering discipline and 6 years of experience with business process and/or system analysis

Other Qualifications

Preferred:

Experience in creating process designs, documentation, and workflows
Experience in process standardization and process enhancements
Knowledge of business platform technology (e.g., Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software, Digitization Platforms, Systems Applications and Products (SAP))

Other Requirements:

Thorough understanding of office software and applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Effective communication skills
Ability to build relationships and foster a positive work environment
Ability to work with people at all levels with good interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to increase client value, support best practices, and drive continuous improvement
