The Role:
Your Role As the Sr Organizational Change Management Specialist, you will consult with senior leadership, team leads, project teams, stakeholders, and internal resources to develop Change Management strategies, communications, and trainings to support the EDO.
You will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing the case for Change, Change Management strategies and plans for strategic projects that maximize employee engagement and adoption through the development and implementation of change management tools and processes.
Conducting and maintaining change readiness assessments and report on key metrics around adoption and change success. Identifying change risks and developing mitigation strategies and implement solutions.
Developmenting and executing communications, training, stakeholder analysis, plan creation and other related deliverables.
Tracking and reportong on key metrics around adoption and change success.
Identifing change risks and develop mitigation strategies and implement solutions.
Developing and implementing engagement strategy across Invesco and lead Change networks, councils.
Acting as a leader, mentor, and coach establishing strong working relationships and networks with leadership and change agents.
Providing guidance, simplify complex topics, and tailor messaging to your audience.
Developing communication plans to build business and stakeholder awareness, understanding, and support.
Developing positive relationship and partner with key stakeholders across the organization, at all levels.
The experience you bring:
4 years performing in an Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice, preferably 6 plus years, in a variety of industries, with a bias in financial services, that lead to measurable business value, user adoption, across multiple internal and external organizations.
Servant leader with a bias towards cross organizational transformations, value articulation and focus on growing others.
Deep understanding of content (why people create content, the ways of working, the applications in use) and clear articulation of new ways of working and benefits to self, the company and process
Ability to collaborate and influence with business clients and team members
