Job Overview

The Sr. Project Manager will establish and implement pricing strategies of the EverBright residential business by leveraging knowledge of market, competitive analysis, and key financial metrics to attain pricing objectives and revenue growth. This role also supports strategic decision-making with respect to new product offerings.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of current and new pricing strategies of residential solar and storage products including long term Power Purchase Agreement, leases and loans in various states and markets
Provide guidance and recommendations to business development on complex pricing strategies and/or revenue management decisions
Conducts market analysis on prospective markets and makes pricing recommendations on business strategy
Assist in the development and refinement of the residential forecast
Maintains close working relationships with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Capital Markets and Accounting teams
Leads value-added projects such as supporting regional leadership in the development of strategic plans, mergers and acquisitions, project development, optimization, restructurings, and building relationships with installers and state and local regulators
Trains and mentors junior analysts
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) • Master's Degree

Job Overview

Employees in this role develop and execute plans for new and enhanced generation projects. This job is responsible for resource allocation, schedules, cost and technical adequacy, ensuring the project or transaction is completed in the most cost effective and competitive manner. This position manages all aspects of the business deal and ensures the project is completed on time and within budgetary constraints.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Manages all aspects of the day to day transaction process to ensure timely completion as well as a cost effective and competitive result
Leads and coordinates key functions such as financial feasibility analyses, engineering/design, project legal review, permitting activities and financial negotiations
Responsible for managing multiple and complex projects 
Coordinates due diligence activities with other internal groups to ensure proper analysis and structuring of assigned projects
Acts as liaison between internal and external specialists regarding procurement, contracting, permitting and interconnection
Constructs contractual arrangements for project development
Negotiates agreements with consultants and subcontractors
Ensures compliance with applicable technical and regulatory requirements
Fosters external relationships with customers, third parties and members of the community
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

High School Grad/GED
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
Experience:  5+ years
