Overview

Provide leadership to deliver SAP enterprise application solutions used in our IT Manufacturing Standards and industry standard methodologies.  Lead requirements and design sessions with clients.  Communicate complex technical information to business customers and project teams.  Translate business requirements into functional specifications. Work effectively at various levels within project teams and client organizations to understand business needs and define strategic solutions.  Build business cases by collaborating with the business to understand their need.  Work code development, develop project plan and timeline, develop test scripts, test plans and lead and/or execute testing, and implementation of the final solution. Provide ongoing implementation support during solution transition process. Identify, fix, and resolve complex technical issues, including trouble shooting SAP support issues and finding solutions to technical issues on projects.  Mentor and coach junior employees.  Share technical knowledge with project team and junior employees. Telecommuting permitted.

Requires minimum of a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or closely related field. Must have at least eight (8) years experience in the job offered or related. Experience must include: translating business requirements into functional specifications; troubleshooting SAP support issues; integrating SAP applications within existing software systems; providing technical expertise on SAP functions including production planning, production execution, quality management, and inventory management.
