Responsibilities
As a Sr. Administrative Assistant you’ll collaborate with our growing Retirement and Income Solutions (RIS) teams. The qualified individual will support and partner with our Assistant Vice President of RIS.
Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you'll do:
Confidently partner with Assistant Vice President and their leadership team to provide strategic and administrative support.
Provide scheduling, meeting management, and project coordination support focused on priority needs in an organized manner with minimal direction.
Identify and analyze situations and provide guidance for resolution. Negotiate solutions and act as a liaison with internal and external customers when necessary.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide quality customer service and promote a productive environment.
Assist with office technology and proven organizational and efficiency strategies to increase effectiveness.
Set up and manage internal system access, arrange business travel, and assist with expense management.
Create, interpret, and publish department reports.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
4+ years related experience required.
Must be able to think critically and analytical.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Word.
Work independently, professionally, and collaboratively with internal and external partners to promote a productive environment
Position requires tact, ability to maintain confidentiality and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to research, problem solve, and make recommendations for solutions to issues.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced role ensuring all deadlines are met, and accuracy is maintained.
Positive Relationship Management and Customer Service experience.
