Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

As a Sr. Delivery Manager, you’ll use your expertise to help define "what great looks like" and generate action to craft those behaviors! This is a role for someone who is passionate about coaching, continuous improvement, and delivering software solutions that meet business outcomes.

Here are few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:

Be an advocate for experimentation and improvement.
Facilitate the identification, scheduling and assignment of project activities, tasks, and milestones.
Work with the entire value stream to help build a product mentality. Introduce and coach teams on product development techniques, such as building feedback into the product or process, that help the team "build the right thing".
Continuously learn, influence, identify and suggest solutions to continuously improve the practices and methods used to develop software.
Define, orchestrate, manage and lead all aspects of the holistic product life-cycle, delivery cadence, release plan and sprint schedule multiple teams.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) and 6+ years of work experience or equivalent
6 + years of Agile team experience in any well-known software environment preferred
5+ years of experience managing software/application development projects
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints
Ability to interface with executives and stakeholders regarding issues of project scope and status
Knowledge of financial services products preferred
Advanced planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required
Strong presentations skills required
Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners
