SENIOR MANAGER RECORD TO REPORT (RTR) TECHNOLOGY

In this vital role you will lead a team of solution architects and partner with business leaders across our Record to Report (RTR) domain to digitally transform Amgen's financial ecosystem. As a leader within our global Digital, Technology, and Innovation team, this role will flex those creative muscles to guide our RTR technology investment strategy and drive technology delivery in agile fashion. Key Responsibilities

Collaborating with business partners to co-create business value through use of technology; key stakeholder groups include Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Internal Audit

Owning architecture for Amgen's RTR system landscape. Primary systems include: SAP ERP ecosystem (ECC FICO, BCS, SLAN, Process Runner, etc), SaaS Solutions (Blackline, OneSource, AuditBoard, etc), Treasury Management System and banking solutions

Managing combined product backlog and roadmap for RTR domain

Representing RTR technology at the Enterprise Architecture Review Board to review solution proposals

Co-Innovating with ERP platform team to advance core capabilities as part of S/4HANA transformation roadmap

Making key decisions on development of an RTR "City Plan", including oversight of delivery and overall product quality

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Doctorate degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience

Or

Master’s degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience

Or

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Information Systems experience

Or

Associate’s degree and 10 years of Information Systems experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Information Systems experience

And

2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems and 8 years of domain experience with Finance functions and related technologies

Outstanding communication skills and experience partnering with Executive Director or VP level business leaders to drive strategic decisions

Solid background of managing and developing technology talent

Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within an integrated Financial ecosystem (e.g. implementation of SAP Finance and Controlling Systems in an SAP ECC or S/4HANA environment, large scale automation of financial processes, etc)

Experience leading solution architects in an agile operating model
