Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and provide top-notch sales and customer service to our EltaMD customers.  The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for achieving monthly sales goals and business objectives  from customers calling in to our office.  The Inside Sales Representative interacts with EltaMD customers to place and grow orders.  This individual has a strong attention to detail and enjoys providing solutions to dermatologists. This position is based in Scottsdale, AZ.
 
What You’ll Do:

Answer inbound calls while consistently focusing on the EltaMD customer service standards and going above and beyond for every customer at all times.
Remain focused on monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and business objectives.
Answer product questions from dermatologists that lead to compelling recommendations.
Attend advanced training sessions to learn about product updates and revised protocols.
Inspire customers to attend continuing education opportunities.

What We’re Looking for:

A licensed esthetician with experience in sales and a passion for assisting EltaMD customers. 
High level customer service skills and the ability to connect with customers of all varieties.
High attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Creative mindset and ability to think outside of the box
Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment with strong multi-tasking abilities
Demonstrated ability to influence others for maximum effectiveness
Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment
Actively seek in-depth understanding of EltaMD products and services

Required Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent
2+ years in sales and customer service
A documented history of sales success 
CRM customer management experience 
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.) or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc)

Preferred Qualifications

An active esthetics license
Call center or phone sales experience 
Prior working experience in the medical field
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
