Job Purpose:
A Senior Product Manager in Digital Commerce is responsible for setting the vision and direction of a team for next 3-5 years, managing the roadmap and technical team sprint planning, reporting out on the business results to the senior leadership, and working across myriad of global and cross organizational stakeholders to support sustained growth rate and enable rapid innovation in the programs. He or she is uncompromising in delivery of high quality, scalable, and innovative solutions. They will have exemplary product management skills; not only in terms of process, but also in terms of communication skills and organizational agility. He or she is a motivated self-starter that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. They must be a fast learner, who can quickly absorb the nuances of Tech Data's complex B2B offerings as well as the behavior of Tech Data’s internal systems. He or she will be analytical in their decision making, with the demonstrated ability to drive issues to completion and have a passion for supplying their clients with data. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and strategy. Excellent listening, writing skills and strong technical competency are essential.

Define Complex Product Requirements (Personas, Customer Journey Maps, Customer Flow Diagrams, User Stories) (15%)
Approve Design of Customer Experience (UX Visual Design, Concept and Usability Testing) (5%)
Manage Product Testing (Business and IT Quality Assurance, Show-n-Tell, Demos, Release Readiness) (15%)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
Master's / Postgraduate Degree with Computer Science or Engineering or Information Systems field of study required.
Other Education / Certifications: Product Owner/Manager Certification
